Services for factory exhibitors
Two services. Per show and per client, the offer is different — we respond to what you tell us.
Service 1 — Apply to a show
You pick a show from the directory. We handle the application on your behalf. Solo or grouped with other factories in your vertical to lower the per-factory cost.
How it works
- You pick 1-3 shows from the directory and send us your factory profile (vertical, country, product category, current export regions).
- We respond within 3 business days with: solo booth cost estimate, group booth cost estimate (if other factories have expressed interest in the same show), application timeline.
- You pick solo or group. We sign a service agreement (English and 中文 both available). Payment terms: 50% on signing, 50% before the show opens.
- We submit the application, coordinate with the show organizer on your behalf, and report status weekly.
- If group: we coordinate booth design (3-5 small zones inside a shared space), lead capture, and on-show logistics. If solo: we hand off once the booth is allocated.
When group booth works
- 3-5 factories from the same vertical (e.g. all furniture, all lighting, all kitchenware)
- Same target region (e.g. all exporting to US / EU / MENA)
- Compatible product categories (no direct competitors in the group)
- Best for factories who want to test a region or show for the first time
What we don’t do
- We don’t act as your sales agent. The booth is yours; the leads are yours.
- We don’t take commission on deals closed from show leads.
- We don’t handle the freight, customs, or sample logistics — we can recommend partners.
Service 2 — Marketing for exhibitors
The 35-method marketing system, scoped to 6 months around a show: 3 months pre-show for awareness, the show itself for booth conversion, 3 months post-show for follow-up.
Phase 1 — Pre-show (3 months)
- Buyer list building. Identify the buyers most likely to attend and most likely to source your category.
- Pre-show outreach. Email + LinkedIn sequence to the buyer list, introducing your factory and inviting pre-scheduled meetings.
- Content seeding. 2-3 articles or videos per month on trade platforms and your own channels.
- Social distribution. LinkedIn + WeChat (or Facebook for non-China factories) content calendar with show countdown and product teasers.
- Trade publication placement. Editorial or advertorial placement in 1-2 publications read by your target buyers.
- PR + announcements. Press release for new products, factory expansion, certification wins.
Phase 2 — At-show (3-5 days)
- Booth collateral. Print (banners, brochures, spec sheets) and digital (screen loops, QR codes) materials.
- On-show social. Daily LinkedIn/WeChat/Facebook posts during the show, with photos and short videos.
- Appointment setting. Pre-scheduled meetings with top buyers from Phase 1.
- Lead capture system. QR-based lead capture (badge scan or form fill) with full source attribution.
- End-of-day recap. Daily recap of who came, what they asked, which leads are hot.
Phase 3 — Post-show (3 months)
- Follow-up sequence. Email + WhatsApp/WeChat sequence to all leads. 5-7 touchpoints over 6 weeks.
- Sample distribution. Coordinate samples to highest-intent leads.
- Quote handling. First-pass quote drafting using the lead context from the show.
- Repeat-buyer pipeline. Sequence aimed at leads that didn’t convert on first follow-up.
- Show ROI report. End-of-cycle report: leads captured, meetings held, samples sent, deals closed, cost per acquisition.
